Mr. Han He is the founder and managing director of AusMeri Investment, bringing over a decade of cross-border investment experience and a strong international academic background. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Melbourne, building a solid foundation across both finance and accounting.
Mr. He has held roles at leading investment institutions including ChinaRun Venture Partners in Taiwan, Plug and Play in Silicon Valley, Hongyuan Yufu Fund in Chongqing, and Shengshi Investment Group in Beijing. His career spans venture capital, angel investment, industry funds, and funds of funds, giving him broad experience across global markets and in multiple economic circles.
He has led or participated in investments in dozens of biomedical and technology companies such as AstaTech Biotechnology (爱思特生物制药), China Southern Pharmaceuticals (南方制药), Huiyuan Pharmaceuticals (上海慧远药业), and Australia-based biotechs, helping many achieve significant growth. In fund management, he has overseen vertical industry funds totaling more than RMB 3 billion (or $420 mm USD) and guided investments into top-tier private equity funds including Green Pine Capital Partners (松禾资本), Tiantu Capital (天图投资), IN Capital (约印医疗基金), JianGu Capital (兼固资本), AlphaX Partners (沸点资本), and Skysaga Capital (星瀚资本).
